ABOUT
BEATERBIKEGALLERY.COM
BeaterBikeGallery.com
showcases utilitarian, functioning beater bikes (and their
stories) from around the world. Junkers, bought from garage
sales and thrift stores, salvaged from dumpsters and repaired
with old parts from other bikes, we build these as low-theft-temptation
grocery getters and commuters.
Beaterbikes
have a certain magic and soul to them many high-end niche
bikes sometimes lack. Although many of us own and ride these
high-end bikes, it's common to have a beater bike chillin'
in the stable ready for whatever job you want to assign it
that day.
Beaterbikes
are the mutts of the cycling world. Often put together like
Frankenstein monsters, they are the marriage of new technology
applied to old frames. Here, we celebrate all the lackluster
crankers that serve us well.
Below
are miscellaneous links of interests, including my own personal
BLOG (Dion Rides Everything) which includes all the styles
of riding, product reviews, photography, stories, fun and
even some motorcycle and BMX talk.
If
you'd like to submit your bike, please follow the SUBMIT link
for a list of requirements. Happy riding!
